We are here to help grow your child’s confidence and give them a safe space to grow physically and emotionally! Our Kids combat classes run Monday through Thursday 🥊

Kids (5-8years) 4:00pm-4:30pm

This group is great for children who are interested in Muay Thai but don’t have the experience, attention span, or strength to participate for the full 45mins.

Beginners 4:30pm-5:15pm (9-12yo)

The beginner group is for older children who have little to no experience in Muay Thai or exercise.

Teen Beginners 5:15pm-6:00pm
