Our coaches have carefully choreographed the class as so you are solely focused on the instructor and keeping up with the fast-paced movements. You will be situated behind a raised platform, known as the step, which you will work with throughout the class. Exercises will range between repetitive cardio movements, bodyweight and equipment-based exercises.
While there is a level of intensity to the step aerobics class, you are encouraged to work at your own pace and push your boundaries when you feel comfortable. Our instructors will give you alternative moves to some of the exercises aimed at individuals with a higher fitness level. No matter your age, gender or if you are a beginner or an advanced ‘stepper’, you will be able to tackle this class.
