Bahamas is the land of white beaches and turquoise waters picture perfect for any postcard. This paradise session is a circuit inspired session but instead of island hopping you will use stations to complete the workout. Circuit is roughly circular line, route, or movement that starts and finishes at the same place. By using body weight and equipment you will work around the circuit determined by time.
