Jamie’s Diamonds mums and Bubs Geelong, was establish in 2014. Over the years the mums and Bubs training group home has changed but the reason why we train as a group remains the same. I wanted to create a child friendly environment, that mother’s and babies can come and be free to train. To build strength, confidence and support when motherhood can be so daunting as it is.
Jamie’s diamonds mums and bubs Geelong has a new home at Paradise gym. What makes this space different from the others? We have the freedoms to create a children play area where kids can go to play, build, create and relax.
This mums and bubs fitness group is about getting your body moving and your head out of the 4 walls. Together “we don’t sweat we Sparkle”.
